At VOIRE Eyewear, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • All packaging, tags, and accessories are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged eyewear
  • Customized or prescription lenses (if applicable)
  • Sale or clearance items 

3. Refund Process

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos for verification
